Warden Patrol Ticketing

As our most popular and requested service, Warden Patrols provides professional and effective parking control to any site.

A free of charge/self-funding service whereby our highly trained uniformed wardens will attend site regularly but randomly to issue parking charge notices to any vehicle that has not compiled with the parking restrictions.

This service is most popular as having regular but random patrols provides a highly visible deterrent on site. Having uniformed wardens seen on site quickly sends the message that offenders are not welcome and may be issued a parking charge if they do not comply with the restrictions clearly laid out on the signage on site.

With years of experience in the industry we can very quickly advise you on the best practice for your site. Whether it be a permit based system, no parking zone or a limited time to park. The site may even be suited to install a pay and display machine or mixture of restrictions, either way we will guide you to the most effective parking solutions based upon your requirements.

Upon receipt of contract with confirmation of the parking restrictions and site survey we will erect large clear BPA (British Parking Association) approved signage throughout the site to advise all motorists of the parking restrictions. All our signs clearly state our name and customer services number giving the motorist opportunity to contact us directly reducing hassle to you.

We will also assist you with the communication and organising timelines to introduce the service to minimize the impact to residents, tenants and employees.

When ready we will start patrols and issue parking charges to any offending vehicles. Each motorist issued with a parking charge is given the opportunity to appeal and if refused, further opportunity to appeal to the independent appeals services POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals) run by the Ombudsman. Any outstanding charges will be passed to our debt recovery agent whereby further charges will be added. Court proceedings will be actioned if it remains unpaid.
