Vacant Sites Wanted - Case Study 1

A leading College with 3 car parks in the Home Counties wanted to increase revenue from existing users without increasing tariffs and wanted new equipment.

Parking Ticketing Ltd introduced 10 new solar powered pay & display machines with internet access for financial reporting at no extra cost to the client. We also provided a free parking attendant patrol to ensure compliance and to maximise revenue with new improved signage to help users and comply with British Standards.

We agreed an equity split with the client after a specific threshold thus ensuring a focused commercial input from us.

Revenue increased by over 100% in year one due to improved well sited equipment, signage and 24 / 7 random patrols to ensure compliance.

Our client has opened two new car parks this year and the same model has been applied. Our client encountered some problems with their previous contractor and having restricted funds available to improve the situation, the college enlisted the expertise of Parking Ticketing Ltd. Drawing upon our experience within the education sector and knowledge of how best to provide a revenue generating scheme, so to ensure that our client could continue to improve their car parks and to cover maintenance costs.

Due to ourselves having a split revenue agreement in place this ensures to our client that not only will we ensure that the latest equipment is in place and that compliance is maintained we also have a long term view and interest in ensuring client satisfaction.
